THE CHALLENGE
X-IT needed an identity that captured momentum without losing clarity.
The business networking space is often filled with visual noise — brands that are either too corporate or too scattered. X-IT’s challenge was to position itself as a modern bridge between people and opportunities, communicating strength while staying warm and community-driven. The identity had to feel energetic, trustworthy and inspiring, appealing to individuals seeking not only financial growth but also time freedom and a healthier relationship with their ambitions.

We created a dynamic identity built around movement, gradient energy and a confident, modern symbol.
The new visual system reflects the brand’s forward motion through bold forms, warm gradients and a mark that stands as a symbol of progress. Clean typography reinforces organization and clarity, while the expressive color direction adds intensity and purpose. Together, these elements create a distinctive presence that communicates possibility, unity and momentum — exactly what X-IT represents to its global community of dreamers and builders.
THE PROCESS
Brand positioning, visual identity, logo system, color direction, typography and brand guidelines developed over 8 weeks.
Our process centered on capturing X-IT’s mindset: movement, connection and empowerment. From the refined symbol to the structured layouts, every feature was designed to bring focus and energy into the brand. We introduced a color system that transitions seamlessly between strength and optimism, paired with typography that keeps communication clean and impactful.
