UNO needed a brand identity that communicated clarity, direction and a deeply human approach to organizational development.
UNO is a human development consultancy dedicated to strengthening people, culture and leadership inside organizations. The brand believes in unity — that every individual contributes uniquely to collective success — and focuses on creating environments where trust, emotional well-being and high performance can coexist. The new identity needed to represent this purpose: modern, confident, people-centric and meaningful. We built a visual system that reflects movement, direction and connection, aligning the brand with its philosophy of helping teams find their true North.

THE CHALLENGE
UNO needed an identity that visually expressed direction while maintaining warmth and authenticity.
The human development sector is filled with visual identities that feel generic or overly technical, often failing to communicate emotional depth. UNO required a brand that combined strategic clarity with a human touch — one that conveyed reliability, purpose and genuine care. The challenge was creating a system strong enough for corporate environments yet soft enough to reflect empathy, collaboration and personal growth. The brand needed to inspire trust while standing out for its simplicity and meaningful symbolism.
THE SOLUTION
We designed a contemporary identity built around unity, purpose and a symbolic sense of direction.
The logo merges the word UNO into a single continuous form, representing connection and shared movement. The green directional arrow inside the “O” symbolizes guidance, progress and alignment toward a common goal. A modern sans-serif typographic system reinforces professionalism and clarity, while the color palette blends stability with optimism. The resulting identity feels confident, human and forward-focused — a visual expression of the transformative work UNO delivers inside organizations.
THE PROCESS
Brand positioning, visual identity, logo creation, color system, typography and brand guidelines developed over 6 weeks.
Our process began by understanding UNO’s mission: strengthen people so organizations can thrive sustainably. We explored symbol structures inspired by movement and direction, refined each letterform to ensure harmony, and developed a visual rhythm that feels open and approachable. The system was crafted for versatility across presentations, workshops, corporate communication and digital platforms, supporting the brand’s ambition to expand into larger markets.
